Call quality and connection sometimes great but sometimes horrible. For all the bells and whistles the actual voice phone service is awful. It was the only VOIP service we could find with SMS. You can send and receive SMS messages on computer, via web, etc. It does all the usual small business phone service stuff and has native apps for smartphones, mac, and PC. We ended up using a VOIP phone service that has messaging. Also goal was to not have to use employees personal phones to keep separation of work and personal phone numbers. Using iPhone/iMessage not an option as lots of people do not have iPhones. ![]() Mostly low-income and younger clients, so SMS and texting is the most efficient way to communicate.
